Until I've created a system that generates the leads autopilot. I outsourced and automated the whole process, because it was monotonous and boring. I am creative and I like using my brain for creating new ideas and brainstorming, not performing repetitive tasks, like lead generation. 

But the leads just came and came and came, Facebook send them to me and keeps sending... yes, you have to learn how it works, but after that it is easy...

My second problem was what to do with so many leads? They were much more than what I can handle. So somehow I have to select the leads. I needed to set up my aspects and requirements of my selection process. What kind of clients do I want to work with on long term? What age? What gender? What nationality? What education level? What income level? What interest? What location? Which time zone? etc. 

It started to become complicated, but I like keeping things simple and fast. So I was looking for a software that I can automate it. And I found one. The idea is the bidding system. People can bid for my time. The one who pays the most can become my client. I have a weekly list, and the top 3 have a chance. The 1st (who pays the most) wins. If something happens to her or she changes her mind, the 2nd one comes. Every week the bidding starts again with new candidates.

I tested, refined, tested again and it works. It works for everybody: coaches, consultants, private teachers, online PTs, advisors, etc. This is the way to scale. No platoe.

How did I develop my method? Can you do it too?
I have been studying coaches for 6 years online beside my online full time job as an ESL teacher and business strategy coach. This was my hobby, my free time activity, my 2nd job and my passion: to learn how they sell their programs. 

During this 6 years I have seen hundreds of methods from hundreds of coaches: male, female, any nationality, any gender, any location, young and old, all different coaches with different niche. I analyzed these methods and started to realize some similarities in their pattern and of course differences.

What are these similarities?
- They all sell high-ticket programs $1-5K and $10K-20K (even more for 1:1)
- They do Facebook lives, stories, Instagram reels, live videos, 5 day challenges
- They invite their leads to a sales call that they call something different, for example: Strategy call, Breakthrough call, Discovery call, etc.
- During this call they ask you a lot of questions directing to the sale of their program

I took part on some calls like this and I felt awful. Always, no exception. I just felt from the first moment that their intention is NOT to help me but to make a sale. They never thought that if they help me even a little bit they have bigger chance for the sale. These calls felt awkward, very pushy and salesy. What they talk about is fluff, not clear what I get. Most of the time I am put in a group, we can see the coach once a week for an hour during a group coaching session, all the rest is self-study, do it yourself.

Well, this is exactly what I don't want and how I imagine my coach. A big NO to all these.

Actually I had to realize that their methods work, because some of them became multi-millionaires selling the fluff for $20K and more calling it mastermind or whatever. So eventhough it is pushy, salesy, embarrassing and for me even repulsive, it works. Why?
During these 5 day launches they give you hope and "proof" that you can do the same.

Well, I don't want to do the same. I don't want to be on camera every day showing my room, my food, my clothes, my body, my private life. I do not want to be on camera in front of strangers, not even for a sale. I suppose 95% of coaches are like me. They are just staying in the background without doing public appearance. Why? Because they are introvers, sensitive, shy which doesn't mean they are not good coaches. Actually they are. They represent real human values. Fluff and awkward, pushy, agressive sales techniques are not part of their values.

So I had to create my own method and teach it to 95% of coaches who are like me. I learnt this method from male professional salesman in male sales groups. This technique is simple, fair, straightforward, zero fluff, zero push, just on the point. And it works.

No camera, no sales calls, no 5 day launches. They simply don't do it. But they sell luxury apartments, hotels, luxury cars, bonds, start-ups, etc. 7-9 figure. After learning these techniques by being in these groups for years, talking and practicing I started to apply it for selling high-ticket coaching packages and teach my clients for it. We tested, fine -tuned the technique several times. I wanted to make it public when I felt that now it is the best that we can use and fits perfectly for camera - shy, high-ticket coaches who want to sell in DM, not on a pushy, awkward sales call, not on the 4th and 5th day of their 5 Day Challenge. Why? Because all these techniques are periodical, (you have to launch monthly to have income) and unpredictable. (How do you know how many will buy or buy at all?)

I like evergreen, organic and predictable. But most of all real human values. I don't like fluff, talking about vague things for hours and hours when I know your cat's name, but I still don't know why your program is good for me and what it contains. (actually I know: fluff)

So I created my own program and open it to the public:

The messenger conversation is not random, it is pre-planned and ends up with a high-ticket sale. After a while these 5 day challenges started to be boring. Very-very boring. These are about vogue and very general, some statements, some quotes, mostly about the coach's life, success, testimonials. + English grammar mistakes if your VA prepared your slides and her English is not good.

All these are not necessary! One is necessary: understand your client and treat her as a human. Why? Because she is a human. Not your dollar sign, not your next strigula, but a man or woman who has feelings and expects respect.

This is the essence and summary of my strategy and a result of reading and implementing 16 scientific books about online marketing and sale from top authors, researchers, and top USA and UK university professors (Yale, MIT, UCLA, Stanford, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge), their tests and experiments in the last 5 years.

I studied all these while working from home full time online. I could do this, because if you earn passive income you have a lot of time. Basically all my time is free time and I do what I want. How do I earn passive income?
Being an affiliate of some companies and my clients. I design affiliate systems and become their affiliate. It means that I earn commission after every sale that I make. (me and my team) After I set up the system for a client, it is automated. (It generates the leads and makes the sale) So the coach doesn't have to care about getting their clients, and can do what they love: coaching. Same is true for authors, speakers, freelancers, business owners, etc. Anybody can do it, or if you don't know how- can learn it.

Don't worry. You don't have to read 16 scientific books to learn it. Anyway this is only the theory part. And you need practical solutions. So it meant a lot of testing, failing, testing and failing, testing and failing- for 6 years full time online. Success= fail forward and do it fast. (analyze, learn from your mistake and start again quickly)

I eliminated what don't work so we don't waste our time just for the sake of doing or being busy. We rather choose being effective and earn money. It's so simple.

Today (26 November 2021) I had a chat with a VA who said that she is specialized in lead generation. I outsource everything, so I was interested in her work and fees. Usually a VA charges $5-10/ hour and more and work minimum 2 -4 hours per day. So in reality it means that they charge $300- 1200/ month.

Ok, it is realistic I think if they do a good job and generate a lot of leads. So I asked about it. She said that with 2 hour work/ day she can generate about 5-10 leads/ week. Whaaat?

I generate 10-20 new leads/day with half an hour work. So she doesn't do an effective job. She was kind and open so I gave her some advice how to do better job, first of all do it fast (posting and commenting in groups) and use a strategy, do it systematically and purposefully, not random.

Me as a business owner felt this. But I did it for myself anyway. I am efficient and fast, because I do it for myself, for my own business. I generate high-quality leads, because I can't do anything with low-quality leads, they are just a waste of time. I think ahead: how do I turn these leads to my high-ticket clients? Your VA doesn't think like this, she just does the job you give her.

Ok, now we can see the problems. But what is the solution and my offer to you?
First of all let's state that organic doesn't mean free. It can be free if you do it depending on which group you post and comment. Some groups charge for posting. (usually a monthly fee of $25-100)
But a lot of groups are really free and allow commenting on some specific days of the week. Usually once a week. There are promo threads. With paid groups you can generate 10 times more leads, but I only use totally free groups and generate 10-20 new leads/ day with half an hour work/day. I post and comment every day 6-7 days/week. (Sometimes I have 1-2 day off per week).

My secret is to take consistent daily action aligned with Facebook algorithm. Consistency (even just 10-30 minute per day) and alignement with Facebook's policy is key. Facebook has its own goal (building communities and monetize via Facebook ads), so your action should be in perfect adjustment with their goal. You can do it and it is simple, but you have to keep it in your mind as a main priority.

What is against it: cold messaging, random friend requests, spamming, copy-paste comments and messages, repeated content, fake and false or misleading statements. If your messaging, posting, commenting lacks originality, authenticity, personalization. If you behave like a bot or a robot: impersonal and you take mass action (repeated exactly the same in a short period of time, for example you comment or send the same message to 100 people in half an hour). These are considered spam and spammy. As a result you will be banned. (if you do these)

The main steps you should follow to get great results:
1.) Find your niche (target market) - define your ideal clients who need your services. Determine your services aligned with your personality, knowledge, experience and lifestyle. (I have a questionnaire for this- as one of my freebies- send me a message below at the bottom of the page to grab it free) Define their gender, age, location, profession, their main goals, problems, circumstances if it is important: eg. single, married, divorced, single mom with kids, education level, type of work: entrepreneur or employee, employer, CEO, freelancer, official, unemployed, etc.

Be as laser targeted as possible. Create your perfect target (ideal) client avatar. Once you have figured it out in details find someone who fits and talk to her/him. Your coach will help you with questions. (I can be your coach!)

She has similar friends who can be your clients and you can get referral from her if she has a positive experience with you.

2.) Messaging
Based on the information you get from your ideal lead you create your messages, email sequence. You find out their needs, problems, struggles. You can ask them why haven't they found the solution yet, what's happening around them, what are they looking for, etc. Your message should rezonate with their needs.

3.) Create your Facebook group
You have to know who you want to have in your group. This is your community. Make it private, make it exclusive. First invite at least 100 people, your friends, some relatives, ex clients, colleagues, previous customers, family to have the first members. It should look like an active group, so start posting. Make sure that later on you invite and attract the right target audience. But to start fill up your group with some initial content (5-8 posts).

4.) Create traffic to your group
You can drive traffic with Facebook ads, invite people from your friends' list (email contacts, phone contacts, you can add new people as friends and invite them later after you had some conversation. I use free lead magnets that I post and comment in other groups. On your profile you can also promote it.

If you are active in groups people will check your profile because they are curious who you are and what you do. After some time it will have a snowball effect, and the group grows by itself. (around 5K members) This is how my group grew from 5K to 10K and from 10K to 15K in a few month. Now I have 16.4K members in less than a year. (Clubhouse Members)

Put out value in your posts, engage with your members and incentivize them to do the same. (with games, polls, give aways, gifts, freebies, promo days, etc.) Later when you have a lot of members you can filter them with the 3 questions that Facebook gives you as a tool. You can ask whatever you want, even your email address, or you can share some information for example your Instagram, website, blog. You can approve, decline and block new members before they join.

5.) Nurture your audience
Warm them up. When they join they are cold leads. With your content, value that you provide for some weeks you make positive impression and they start to know, like and trust you. Which means they become warm and even hot leads in a short period of time. (1-3 weeks)

6.) Give out your offer
First create your offer, test it, refine it and then display it. It can happen in DM, as a workshop, direcly post it, or invite people to have a conversation with you if they need your solution. Not everybody is ready in that moment, but at least they know about it.

A lot of other coaches want the same result than I have without doing the work and they don't mind paying for it. But: I have my own paying students and clients, my own team (I outsource everything) and my own life. (business and private life) +I am not a VA. I am a business strategy coach. I don't do manual, repetitive work. I outsource it. I use my brain, skills and talent to do creative work, brainstorm, give advice, instructions and lead. I organise and automatize.

I create systems that work by themselves automated. (Affiliate, payment system, marketing, email sequences, helpdesk ticket system, bidding system= when you generate too many leads they can bid for your appointments, interactive website chatbots that chat with your visitors, collect data and even book appointments and complex sales funnels from A to Z.) This is what I do and I work directly with my clients 1:1 live. This is creative, interactive and exciting, this is what I love doing.

At the same time I don't want to reject these other coaches and business owners, because I remember when I started and had the same problem. Now I can give you some advice and I also figured out to be able to offer you a done with you or done for you service. This is how:

My advice for lead generation
#1 Be crystal clear about your offer, services and ideal client, her problems, needs. This is needed to create a very strong lead magnet that you or your VA can post and comment. It needs some work and a good coach to guide you, ask you the right questions so you can create your ideal client's avatar. Based on this avatar you can create the perfect message and a very strong lead magnet that attracts your ideal client to your group.

#2 Create a very strong lead magnet. Test it, do market research, ask your coach and others about it.

#3 Promote your lead magnet in every platform as much as you can. As I wrote above I use Facebook groups only and I do it half an hour per day. As a result I get 10-20 new quality leads/day.

#4 Think ahead and plan your conversion strategy. How will you convert your leads to your paying clients? Now I outsource this part too to commission based closers, but at the beginning I did it. Actually I did everything for myself. (copywriting, graphic design, blogging, lead generation, creating email sequences, automation, opt-in pages, templates, videos, flipping books, chatbot, website, sales calls, membership sites, courses etc.) Once I posted it and people thought I am crazy. No, I am multi -talented and hard working + I love doing these.

#5 Once you get the leads and have your method to turn them to your paying clients the next step is outsource and automatize everything.

Now as a business strategy coach I teach all these steps and help them implement to my clients' business. We do everything together, I help them find, select and train the VAs, we define their ideal client's avatar, the perfect message, the very strong lead magnet that is specific for them. These are all necessary to get quality leads, and a lot of leads with half an hour work/ day. So you can reduce your costs.

Once you trained your VA what to do and how to do, you gave her your script, she will do it almost as good as you. If they charge $5/hour and they can do the job in half an hour/day it means that you get 10-20 quality leads/ day for $2.5/day (two and a half USD per day).

I give you an example:
For example you start working with me. We figure out your niche, create your high-ticket offer, main message ideas, lead magnet. We can do it in a week. Then you outsource everything from A to Z. Your freelancer who works commission based will know what to do, because they are trained especially for this job. Let's say your offer is $5K for a coaching package. Your freelancer does the lead generation, messaging, posting, commenting, appointment booking, sales calls, etc. No upfront payment for all these on your part. Just as I told you, they are professional or you can train them.

After the sales call if they make the sale and the client paid, you get the $5K for your package and can onboard the client to your program and start working with her because she has already paid in full. From your money you pay 10% to your freelancer, meaning: $500. So you earned $4500 and talk to the paid client first. You did nothing. No daily posting, no messaging, no email marketing, no sales calls, no content generation, no Facebook group management, totally nothing. Why? Because we use organic strategies so the freelancers use these strategies. You can train them once you learn it from me.

Let's see it from the other perspective.
Do you want to hire a VA for lead generation who is bored, does something for $5/hour, maybe generates you some leads from India, Pakistan and the Philippines or pay only commission for high-quality leads who become your high-ticket paying clients?

An ad is a message. It is made to influence you to take an action (vote to a party, go on an event, buy a product, get a loan, enrol to a school or course, etc.)

How do they do it?
They do it by using different techniques. These are what you can learn with the Flip Method and implement to your business. If you read 5-10 books about this topic, you can learn these techniques and if you also learn about NLP, human behaviour, assertive communication, coaching, etc. then you can use it. Don't worry. You don't need to spend 10 years with this. I did it instead of you. You can learn my destilled and condensated knowledge mainly to coaching and online marketing industry from me. This is exactly what you will do to attract your ideal client to your world and make them take the action you want. Eg. buy your program.
And they have a feeling that they want it, and it is their own decision. Yes, that's right. It is. But: before that they were influenced to make a decision like this. Not forced, but influenced. This is what ads do. You just simply can't avoid them, and they work. That's why companies use them and that's why Mark Zuckerberg became rich.

Is it ethical?
Look around, and see the ads and ask them this question if it is ethical or not. It depends on what you are using it for. If you use it to support a charity and donate for sick children or environment protection, save animals, support elderly, bring up your child, privode to your family by doing good things, then it is good. It's up to you. These are just tools, methods that you can learn and use if you want.

RULE YOUR MIND- RULE YOUR LIFE


Have you ever bought a high-ticket course for $20K and more or so called "mastermind" where after the enrolment it turned out that you have to do daily VA work, Facebook lives and periodical launches, 5 day challenges and other live broadcast talking to the camera to a group of people? Did it worth your $20K to know all of this? Just to be honest if I pay $20K I expect a strategy where I don't have to do these VA and freelancer work. (copywriting to my posts or comments, post to Facebook groups, recruit members to the 5 day challenge=launch...) Come on! Do you really pay $20K to do VA and freelancer work? At least you should be taught how to outsource. Why? Because for $20K you can outsource all these works for 5 years! Well... use your brain please! Do not fall into some meditation... on youtube you can find hundreds of meditations... 

I don't blame you, because I had the same mistakes: shiny object syndrome. I accepted all "trainings" and "free calls" just to get some clarity and help. But the end was always the same: "Buy my course for $20K and I teach you my method" --> which is: do daily VA and freelancer work, make periodical 5 day challenges (totally unpredictable) and post and comment to 20 groups daily to get leads. Ok, even if I do this VA work (but I am a coach not a VA!) what kind of leads are they? Other VAs from the Philippines, India and Pakistan. They definitely won't be my clients... is this what I can learn on this high-ticket courses?

I just realized that if I want to be a coach with high-ticket clients I have to come up with my own solution for lead generation, conversion and enrolment. I tried all methods that I found on the internet, watched more than hundred webinars, seminars, attended at least 50 challenges in 6 years and I realized that this is what I DO NOT WANT TO DO.

After years of trial and error, testing and with my: "Never give up" attitude I have found the perfect way to get high-ticket clients without doing VA work, sales calls, Facebook lives, stories, Instagram lives, and 5 day challenges or launches.

And I also realized that what they teach for $20K and more maybe works for them, but not for me, and not for the coaches who are real coaches and not VAs, freelancers, and salesmen. Coaches don't do these things and it is absolutely not necessary. Actuly all these activities take your time away from the real client generating activities that you should focus on.

On top of that you are put in a group where nobody really cares about you, because everybody is busy with themselves. The coach gives group coaching calls that are very general, maybe you have a so called: "Support Coach" or "Success Coach" who sometimes asks about your progression, but she is responsible for other 20 women in the paid group. Is it really what you want to spend your $20K? Well... no comment.

Don't get me wrong. I have no problem with VAs and freelancers. Actually I also hire some and outsource the tasks to them. The thing is, that I am not a VA, not a copywriter, not a designer, not a programmer, not an influencer, and not a salesman, not a closer. I am a coach. On these $20K courses after enrolment you get to know that this is what you should do: daily posting to other Facebook groups (VA work), go live and do live launches and live 5 day challenges (influencers' job and definitely not for shy introverts), design your website (copywriter, designer and programmer's job). Have a sales call: salesman and closer's job. I am a coach, not a freelancer. So: I created a method where I do not have to do these. And this is the Flip Method.
