COMMISSION BASED LEAD GENERATION
AND SALE FOR HIGH-TICKET COACHES

What is commission based lead generation?

To sell your services/ products you need leads. If you are a coach, agency owner or talk to your possible clients before they buy something from you, then you need leads who you can turn to your paying clients. Lead generation is a lot of work and time consuming. The result is not sure, because either you make a sale or not. VAs and lead generation agencies charge per hour or per month (monthly package) and do not garantee any results at all. Not the leads and not the sale. They just do something without any garancy of their efficiency or quality.

Who am I and how does it work?
As a business owner and coach I faced these problems. I tried to solve it in different ways, but I wasn't satisfied with any of them. My biggest problem was the fixed fee that VAs or agencies charge for lead generation. (and they don't do the sale) If they generate low quality leads, it is hard to close and turn the leads to clients. For their $10-15 and more/hour they generate 1-5 leads/ day, but these leads are their friends and relatives, who have nothing to do with your business.

They don't speak English on a level that I can understand them, their internet keeps breaking every 10 minute, their camera quality is so bad that it's even better if I don't see it, they have 3 children shouting and 2 dogs barking+ street traffic noise and an angry husband in the background, keep checking their baby in every 5 minute, change the appointment because they have to take care of their mother, etc. etc. etc.

The whole conversation took 3 hours instead of 30 minute, because: her husband arrived, the baby cried because she was hungry, then started crying again because she was sleepy, then the pizza delivery arrived, then she had internet problems, then the baby started crying again, then her son arrived with their dog, then the dog needed food (and her son too) all during our Zoom "business" conversation. I thought I will explode, because it was my time.

The other one didn't have Paypal, didn't have Calendar link and had no idea how to have these. :-(
The next one charged $1.5K/ month for lead generation. (For 2 hours work on LinkedIn- no garantie of the leads' quality or for anything) and so on, and so on... I just stop it now. (even remembering these makes me explode now....) + most of the time terrible accent, low quality microphone or no microphone, internet keeps interrupting or breaking, laud street and children's noise that I can hardly understand what they say, interrupting pets and family members, etc. etc. Constant rescheduling (not to talk about the time zone difference) because they are sick, their daughter/son is sick, their husband is sick, their mother is sick, their dog is sick..... you can imagine. If they do it 3-4 times.... in a week....
and when you have exactly the same experience with the 5th and 6th one you just simply give up... to save your sanity.

If you happen to hire somebody the real struggle starts: train them and teach them. First introduce your business, make them understood what it is about, what is their task, etc. I had the feeling that instead of teaching them for 3 hours I do the task in 3 minute. Then after teaching and training them (if you are still alive...) the next problem comes: their coordination and find out the best workflow. Who does what and when? Avoid overlap. Not to talk about human problems: jealousy, sickness, language problems, cultural and time zone differences...

But let's suppose you are super strong and persistent and you did all these... alone. (Who helps you?)
Ok. Now? What's next?

oh... I forget to mention when after all these (that you did free for them) they leave you because another client pays more or for other reasons. (They realize that copy -pasting for half an hour per day is too demanding work for them) ... so you can start again...

Do you really want to do this?

Just remember:
Without leads you won't have clients. Without lead generation you won't have leads. Lead generation is a work that has to be done every day. (0.5-1 hour/ day) Beside other work: content creation, messaging, calls to sell, + your work with your existing clients+ family, housework, etc. I know: you want to clone yourself. Every entrepreneur wants to clone themselves. But you can't. What can you do then?

THE SOLUTION

Outsource.
I've learnt all the bits and pieces of the whole process on my own. As a business owner I want to provide the best service to my students/clients/business partners and be the best leader of my team and teach the best leaders (who train the new team members). I know what quality means, I know what high-ticket means. For high-ticket you have to provide high-level services.

I learnt all these from my own experience. I could do it, because I am an ESL online private teacher for 10+ years. So I had similar experience before, how to talk to foreigners, how to be patient, how to not give up, how to get the strength to start again (from zero) 10 times, 100 times, 1000 times....

but you don't have to ... spend your time, energy and capacity... with all these. If you are a coach your job is to coach. If you are a speaker your job is to speak. If you are a designer, your job is to design. etc. Do you get it? But without clients who do you coach? Who do you speak to? Who do you make the design for?

I have been working online full time for 10 years. For me the total silent background, HD quality camera, 100% stable high-speed internet (cable network) are basics. I have 2-3 calls per day every day. (with my students and clients, team members)

So what is the solution?

I was looking for commission based service providers (VAs and agencies, freelancers, coaches, etc.) And I couldn't find. Nobody offers this service. I create affiliate systems with a CRM for years. I thought: what if I would provide this service commission based, similarly to the affiliate systems that I create in the CRM. Technically I can do it fast (because I do it for years) and there is a demand for it. I can understand this problem very well, because I had this problem as a business owner. I have my own company called: "Online Education Ltd."

I am in a lot of Facebook groups (about 3-400) since Facebook exists. In some groups they offer commission based freelance work. My idea was to connect the 2 parties: the commission based freelancers with high-ticket coaches who need this type of service, but they don't know about each other and how to connect and work together.

So I started it, selected some freelancers, trained them, generated the leads (10-20/ day or more organic) and they make the messenger conversations, lead nurturing, appointment booking, sales calls, administration, basically almost everything from A to Z all commission based. No upfront payment. I am an ESL teacher (English as a Second Language) so I can communicate with foreigners very well, I can understand them even if they speak with accent. I am very empathic and tolerant because this is my job.

Who is it for?
It is for:
- coaches, agency owners, entrepreneurs who have a high-ticket offer or sell their services/products online
- who want to use organic methods
- who are ready to outsource lead generation and sale - commission based
- who can spend 30 minute/ day building their business
- who are ready to learn and implement it

It is for you, if you:
- want to earn passive income
- want to work less than an hour/day in your business and outsource everything you can
- are ready to learn and invest into your business (time, money, work)
- have a high-ticket offer or sell your services/products online to clients
- have conversations with your leads and clients (one on one or group format)

Who isn't it for?
It is not for you, if:
- you want to do everything on your own from A to Z
- you don't trust yourself and others (your team members)
- you can't communicate with foreigners (non-natives) and understand them
- you can't tolerate differences (skin color, accent, nationality, etc.)
- you think that I am your VA (Why? Because I am NOT your VA). I am a Business Strategy Coach, not a VA or your freelancer. I am not: a copywriter, a graphic designer, a social media content manager. I am a coach who teaches and shows you the method and helps you implement it to your business. But I DO NOT DO it instead of you. Why? Because I am not your VA and your freelancer.

What you get:
- the best resources to find commission based lead generation services (done for you)
- how to find VAs and freelancers who do this service?
- why is it better than hourly payment to a VA?
- how can you do this or oursource it in your business?

What is included?
What you learn:

1.)  Where and how to find team members (VAs, closers, sales man/woman, etc.) who work only commission based (no upfront payment, just pure commission)

2.) How to present your offer so that they are eager to work for you only commission based (no fix payment, no package payment, no monthly or hourly payment) --> you pay for the result not for their time

3.) How to filter and select them? What are the main aspects of filtering your team members?

4.) How to train them to do their tasks on the highest level adapted to your business?

5.) How to help their learning process?

6.) How to coordinate your team and provide smooth lead flow, prevent overlap and other human issues

7.) How to communicate with non-natives and make the communication better and efficient?

8.) How to find solutions for the typical problems with freelancers from Philippines, India, etc. (time zone difference, accent, unstable internet connection, poor camera and voice quality, etc.)

9.) How to check them fast (10-15 minute/ day)

10.) How to motivate and reward them for better achievement (above their commission)

11.) How to build a structure of commission, bring up leaders in your team who train the new team members?

12.) How to do the payment technically? When, how much, which payment method, how often, etc.?

13.) How to do the administration part efficiently (15 minute/day)? (record leads, conversations' results, evaluate, check the statistics, etc.)

14.) What metrics count and are important and what aren't? Focus on the part that takes your business ahead, and don't waste your time with unimportant data and details.

15.) What tasks can you outsource and what can't? You can outsource 95% or almost everything, depending on your business, personality, etc. That's why you only have to work half an hour per day.

16.) How to create a price strategy that you basically almost never lose a sale and can close the leads 80-90%. (8-9 sale out of 10 calls or messenger conversation) I know, I know it's incredible... well... it's your belief that it is, not mine... ;-) That's why I offer this course and not you. That's why you can learn from me and not the other way round. Don't forget, that I have masterminds with geniuses... don't you think that something sticks on me? (I learn from them a lot...)

17.) What pre-selection questions should you ask from your leads before the call? (I generate so many leads who want to have a call, that we use pre-selection filtering, and not even one round... but more...) This way I can only talk to new clients who have already paid full in advance. Yes, if you have a lot of leads, you can select your clients. (who you want to work with)

18.) How to build trust, credibility and authority fast and easy? So you can close the brand new lead in 48 hours or less. +you don't have to generate daily content to 3 (or more) social media platforms and be everywhere every day. No need for that!

19.) A lot of coaches outsource content creation and social media management to VAs, but look at the quality. You need high quality to sell high-ticket offer. Do you think that a fix fee -based VA ($5-50/hour) can create you very high-quality content daily? The honest answer is: no. And there is no need for that! What does a VA from the other country know about your business? If not a lot, how can she create high quality, original content? The more general it is, the lower quality it is. Just be honest... at least to yourself.

20.) Analyse, optimise and automatize the whole lead generation--> messenger conversation--> sale cycle

21.) All scripts and templates for you and for all of your team members. (training material, messenger conversation, templates for contracts, agreements, for your clients, for your team members and also for you). Templates and sheets for the administration (leads, clients, team members). Templates for scheduling and time management, posting, commenting.

So that you have:
- freedom (time and location freedom)
- financial security
- constant incoming lead flow and high-ticket clients
- predicable and continuously (no more up and down, no more launch (unpredictable how many will buy)
- all with half an hour/day work (lead your team)
- passive income (predictable every month)

ALL WITH:

- no BS, no fluff just right on the point
- result oriented
- without side-talk, chit-chat and bla-bla-bla
- with laser focus on the things you need to do
- action steps that you implement
- with my personal one on one live help in Zoom (live call with me)
- using the latest tools and technology
- using Facebook's algorythm, statistics and analytics
- doing all fast and efficient
